Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute growth projects across social platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, and other emerging opportunities.
• Explore and lead new market entries, with a current focus on the US market.
• Build strategies to grow digital-first content aimed at young adults, leveraging talent acquisition and platform-specific distribution.
• Track and manage product-market-fit iterations for SaaS growth, including revenue models, distribution channels, and product optimizations.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver measurable results on growth initiatives and market expansions.
• Continuously analyze and improve strategies based on performance data.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in managing growth projects on social platforms and optimizing SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of platform dynamics, content supply-demand, and monetization models.
• Proven ability to explore and scale operations in new markets, especially globally.
• Excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
