Job brief - Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market share.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the rental, real estate and other related
industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current business partners.
- Drive sales by developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with B2B clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare and deliver effective in-person presentations to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and
potential opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to product development teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related
field.
- An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within the B2B segment.
- A strong background in the hospitality industry is essential.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel extensively as required for client meetings.
