Executive /Senior Executive- Tender Business

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Management:
• Identify and evaluate relevant tenders from various platforms, including the GEM portal, railway tenders, BMC tenders, and state government tenders.
• Analyze tender documents, specifications, terms, and conditions to ensure accurate and complete submissions.

1. Tender Application Process:
• Lead the end-to-end process for tender applications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and submission guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, and product teams) to gather necessary documents and certifications.
• Oversee timely submission of tenders and manage the tracking of all active bids.

1. Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain detailed records of all tender-related documents, including applications, amendments, and updates.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including security deposits, EMD, and bank guarantees.
• Regularly update and maintain tender information on the GEM portal and other relevant platforms.

1. Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant authorities and stakeholders involved in the tendering process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and government bodies regarding tender-related queries and requirements.

1. Market Research:
• Conduct research to identify new tender opportunities aligned with the organizations goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to understand industry best practices and incorporate them into the tendering process.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in tender management, with a focus on pharma, healthcare, or related domains.

• Skills:
• Expertise in handling railway, BMC, state government, and GEM tenders.
• Proficient in understanding tender processes, regulations, and documentation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and tender management software.

• Preferred: Previous experience with state and central government tendering processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
