Role Description :

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Backend Developer to be part of our high-performing team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing our systems while owning key aspects of product development.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Build Scalable Applications : Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing backend systems.

2. Architectural Contributions : Collaborate on system architecture and contribute incremental improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.

3. Problem Solving : Analyze complex problems and deliver elegant solutions that drive product and business success.

4. Optimize Performance : Conduct performance tuning to improve system responsiveness and scalability.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to track impact, iterate on solutions, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications :

1. Experience : 0-3 years of experience in backend development with a track record of solving large-scale technical challenges.

2. Educational Background : B.Tech in Computer Science or related technical field from a top-tier institute or equivalent.

3. Technical Skills :

a) Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Golang, Python, C, or C++.

b) Hands-on experience with databases like MySQL and NoSQL.

4. Problem Solving : Passion for tackling real-world problems and delivering impactful solutions.

5. Ownership : Ability to take initiative, own tasks end-to-end, and drive them to completion.

6. Collaboration : Strong communication skills with a willingness to share ideas openly and learn from constructive feedback.
