Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Proactively reach out to potential candidates to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Screening: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Recruitment Process Updates: Provide regular updates on candidate status and gather feedback to refine the selection process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Communication: Effectively communicate with candidates, offering timely and constructive feedback.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Google Sheets.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements related to recruitment.
Skills & Experience:

Required:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in-house at a B2C company taking care of Business hiring.
- 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of non-tech recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
