Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Merchandiser position located in Kolkata.
We are currently seeking candidates with 6 to 12 years experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities:
- Inventory analysis and stock replenishment
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels
- Sales strategies and discount planning
- Buying, Planning and Merchandising
- Ensure credibility of merchandise on time
- Understanding the current trends, opportunities, colour, design
- Handle complete day to day(daily, weekly, monthly and fortnightly) work activity and ensure setting up streamlined process
- Right product placement and consolidation of stock within the store
- Supporting and product strategizing ongoing marketing events
- Product category planning and implementation
- Season Calendar
- Planning of Stock Liquidation and Movement
