Executive/Senior Executive- Retail Merchandiser

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Entire Retail Merchandising, across different channels such as Company Owned Stores, Franchise Stores, Large Format Stores, Regional Large Format stores, Distribution, Company Owned Online Store & Online channel.

Efficiently align to the Organization & Customer demands. Key role as Retail Merchandiser is to manage reports, sales, stock, margins, support other departments processes & systems

Responsibilities

Assortment Planning & Season Planning

• Season wise OTB planning MC level to maintain optimum option/depths
• Plan promotions or markdowns, based on sales & stock turn
• Allocation as per OTB
• Plan as per display capacity, stock ageing, stock rotation
• Season - Department/MC wise Budget planning, Season - Department/MC wise Budget Month phasing, Season - MC wise Size curves plan, Season - MRP /Price Point Analysis

Stock analysis

• Monitor complete product range
• Ensure sell through and stock cover as per agreed terms

Logistics

• Allocation of products to different locations/stores
• Co-ordinating with VM team for new product display in the store
• Interface with SCM team for smooth functioning
• Warehouse visits

Sales Analysis & MIS

• Style Wise
• Size Wise
• Color Wise
• Department Wise
• Category Wise

Other Responsibilities

• Communication with Operation team on stocks
• Implementation of promotion with Operations teams
• Store visits
• Retail partner management
