Manager/Senior Manager - Finance

Runwal Realty is looking for a dedicated individual to join us as an "Manager / Senior Manager - Finance" at our head office Sion, Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Finance in the Companys Fund Raising Program.
• Liaison with bankers and financial institutions for loan proposals.
• Establish funding lines with Banks & Financial Institutions.
• Implement funding/collection/payment/operational structures.
• Manage Credit Ratings and debt servicing.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project cashflow and group level cashflow.
• Assist in financial, legal, corporate, and technical due diligence.
• Handle financial reporting to regulators and stakeholders.

Desired candidate profile:

- MBA -Finance / B.Com. / M.Com. / Inter CA

- Experience in Real Estate industry and Project Finance.

- Strong Analytical skills.
