Agrizy - Senior Manager - Finance (5-10 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance. Responsibilities include finalizing accounts, tax compliance (TDS, GST, VAT), coordinating with auditors and statutory bodies, and managing financial operations. The role also involves providing financial insights to senior management for strategic decision-making and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Month End closing and Monthly Financials after all provisions after analysis of variance with budget.

- Efficiently coordinating and management of the internal/statutory auditors for the audit related issues;

- Efficiently coordinating bankers, financial institute, consultants and statutory bodies for ensuring compliance.

- Reviewing Trial balance at the month end and identifying the gaps by scrutinizing the GL accounts for all the provisions made during the period.

- Monitor day to day Financial Operations within the company.

- Finalization of books of accounts. Preparation of Financial Statements.

- Handling various audits, internal & statutory audits of the company.

- Managing Tax & Statutory compliances such as proper deduction, payment and timely return filingof TDS, GST.

- Co-ordination with the team for appropriate generation and maintenance of data related to Eway bills, Guide the team related to various GST issues.

- Managing Scrutinise, assessments related to various taxes such as Income Tax, TDS, VAT, GST, ESIC, PT etc.

- Co-ordinate with company Secretary relating to ROC compliances and other requirements of the company.

- Monthly management & financial reports presented to management and interpret financial information for further course of action.

Education:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience working in a startup environment

- Proven track record in conducting due diligence

- Experience coordinating with Big4 statutory auditors and finalizing audits

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts.

- Expertise in tax compliance (TDS, GST, VAT, Income Tax) and statutory regulations.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, variance reporting, and budgeting.

- Experience in audit handling (internal & statutory) and coordination with auditors.

- Familiarity with ROC compliances and corporate governance requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software in Tally and MS Excel.
