With partnerships with the likes of Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Toyota, Stellantis & Ford in place, we make sure Indian buyers enjoy a superior purchase experience. The testament to that is over 3,000 car dealerships across the country that leverage our 3D infrastructure to serve experiences. Our deployment markets now include Australia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, South Africa with 10 more countries in line for 2025.

With fresh funds in place, we have aggressive plans for USA & Europe for 2025.

What is the Exact Role?

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Develop and execute Eccentric's financial strategy to support business goals.

- Lead financial forecasting and long-term planning to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape the company's strategic direction and growth initiatives.

- Evaluate potential partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and investments to support Eccentric's market position.

Financial Operations & Reporting:

- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, taxation, and auditing.

- Ensure timely preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports to the board, stakeholders, and investors.

- Implement best practices in cost management, pricing strategies, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.

Risk Management & Compliance:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with technologies, international operations, and emerging markets.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards across jurisdictions.

- Establish internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational transparency.

Capital Management & Fundraising:

- Manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and financial resources to support scaling and innovation.

- Build relationships with investors and stakeholders to secure necessary funding.

Leadership & Team Building:

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team that aligns with Eccentric's culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Foster cross-departmental communication to align financial objectives with business strategies.

- Represent Eccentric in discussions with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory authorities.

What are the Pre-Requisites:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.

- MBA or additional financial certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.

- 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles.

- Demonstrated success in managing financial operations in a tech-driven environment, preferably in Tech Industry.

- Experience with investor relations, and scaling operations.

- Deep understanding of fundraising mechanisms, including Series A, B, C, and beyond.

- Expertise in capital allocation, valuation methodologies, due diligence, and financial structuring.

- Experience in managing relations with VCs, private equity investors, and institutional lenders.

- Strong acumen in cash flow forecasting, burn rate optimization, and runway planning for growth-stage startups.

- Prior experience in scaling venture funded startups.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and governance in domestic and international markets especially US regulatory compliance.
