Digital Marketing Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
• Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
• Analyze website performance metrics, create reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and optimized content.
• Manage SEM campaigns and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Handle email marketing campaigns, retargeting ads, and audience segmentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Expertise: Proven expertise in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing digital marketing projects and driving successful campaigns.
• Certifications: Google Ads and Analytics certification, Facebook Blueprint certification, or other relevant digital marketing certifications preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a results-driven mindset.
