We at Infojini have the following positions open for freshers:

Position: US Trainee Recruiters
Experience: Freshers
Workdays: 5 days (Monday - Friday)
Shift Timing: 6:00 pm to 3:30 AM IST
Compensation: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives & + Free meal + Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility.
Salary: 3-3.6 LPA

Required Skills in Candidates

- Candidates with good written and verbal English communication.
- Knowledge of Pharma or Healthcare Skills is added advantage
- Willingness to learn

Job Description

• Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods,
  including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches,
  online searches, Internet postings, and user/technical groups.
  
• Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant
  source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
  
• Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors.
  
• Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets; handle
  multiple high-priority requirements workload at any given time.
  
• Should be able to deal with the clients from submission till
  closer.
