Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Caller specializing in upselling to join our team. The role involves engaging with existing customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and recommending upgrades, add-ons, or premium services to maximize their satisfaction and boost revenue. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a knack for sales, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to introduce and promote additional products or services.
• Build rapport to understand customers' current usage, preferences, and potential needs.

• Proactively suggest upgrades, add-ons, or premium packages that align with customer interests.
• Use persuasive techniques to highlight benefits and value propositions effectively.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly upselling sales targets.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to overall sales objectives.

1. Customer Support and Satisfaction:

• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and clarity.
• Ensure customers feel valued and receive personalized solutions.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on upselling progress and challenges.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
• Participate in training sessions to refine skills and stay ahead in a competitive market.
