Compensation: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives & + Free meal + Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility.

Workdays: 5 days (Monday - Friday)

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Specialist with expertise in selling Microsoft products, ServiceNow solutions, and cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT solutions space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Microsoft, ServiceNow, and cloud services to enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the companys revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on Microsoft, ServiceNow, and cloud services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, cloud technologies, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) models.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
