We at Infojini have the following positions open for freshers:
Position: Trainee-IT/HealthCare Recruiters
Experience: Freshers
Workdays: 5 days (Monday - Friday)
Shift Timing:
6:00 pm to 3:30 AM IST
Compensation: Fixed Salary (Including PF)+ Incentives & + Free meal + Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility.
Who can apply: B Pharma, M Pharma, Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology or Microbiology, Physics Chemistry, Agriculture, Botany, Zoology or any graduation related to healthcare or pharma And Any IT Graduates or Any Management Students

Required Skills in Candidates
- Candidates with good written and verbal English communication.
- Knowledge of Pharma or Healthcare Skills is added advantage
- Willingness to learn

Job Description

• Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, and user/technical groups.
  ü Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
  ü Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors.
  ü Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets; handle multiple high-priority requirements workload at any given time.
  ü Should be able to deal with the clients from submission till closer.
