Job Description

We are currently seeking an Associate skilled Information Technology team.

Preference would be given to candidates who have the following skill sets:

Resolving technical issues: responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems reported by end-users. (debug the Hardware & software issue)
Incident management: You ll work closely with other IT support teams to ensure timely incident resolution.
Monitoring and troubleshooting: You ll handle network issues, configure operating systems, and use remote desktop connections to provide support.
Knowledge about the O365 panel
Knowledge about Antivirus panels and deployment
Knowledge of servers, virtual machines, and their functionality.

Educational Qualification

Minimum 12 th
Hardware & Networking certification, or a related field.
Prior experience in Information Technology will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in O365 panel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
