Job Description / Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT infrastructure implementation, Microsoft Admin Portal, Azure Admin Portal, and strong knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA. This role is critical for ensuring our IT operations are efficient, secure, and compliant with all relevant policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure to meet business needs.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Optimize existing IT infrastructure to improve efficiency and security.
2. Microsoft and Azure Administration:
- Manage Microsoft Admin Portal for users, licenses, and organizational settings.
- Oversee Azure Admin Portal for resource provisioning, monitoring, and optimization.
- Implement and manage Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure services.
3. Compliance and Data Protection:
- Develop, enforce, and regularly update IT policies to align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to GDPR and CCPA norms, including data handling, storage, and residency standards.
- Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions to secure sensitive data.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure data integrity and compliance.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
5. IT Policies and Documentation:
- Define and maintain IT policies, including security protocols, access controls, and operational guidelines.
- Document all IT processes, infrastructure changes, and compliance measures.
