E-Commerce Executive

1. Product Listing Management: o Upload, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Swiggy Instamart, Big basket, blinkit, Zepto, Zomato, Amazon, Flipkart). o Ensure all product details (descriptions, pricing, images, etc.) are accurate and optimized for SEO. 2. Inventory Management: o Monitor stock levels and work with the warehouse team to ensure proper inventory is available. o Coordinate stock replenishment and order management. 3. Order Processing & Customer Service: o Oversee the order fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order processing. o Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints, providing excellent customer support. 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: o Track and analyse sales, traffic, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement. o Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies for growth. 5. SEO & Digital Marketing: o Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve product visibility and ranking. o Collaborate with digital marketing teams on paid ads, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive traffic and sales. 6. Platform Management: o Ensure the smooth operation of all e-commerce platforms, troubleshooting technical issues as necessary. o Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in e-commerce technologies and platforms. 7. Market Research: o Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and consumer behaviour to ensure competitiveness. o Suggest product offerings or strategies based on market insights.
