Job Title: Ecommerce Executive
Job Location: Model Town, Delhi
Job Summary: The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's online store. This role ensures seamless functionality, exceptional user experience, and alignment with business objectives, leveraging best practices in ecommerce and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management:
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and images on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product data and content.
2. Order Management:
- Process and fulfill orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams for order delivery.
3. Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and support.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
4. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and monitor new processes and procedures.
5. Inventory Management:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels on the website.
- Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems to monitor stock levels, track orders, and prevent overselling.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment.
6. Website Merchandising:
- Develop and implement website merchandising strategies to drive sales, increase conversions, and enhance customer experience.
- Create and curate product collections, promotions, and bundles to showcase products and drive sales.
7. Returns and Refunds Management:
- Manage and process returns and refunds in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues related to returns and refunds.
8. Influencer Dispatches:
- Manage and process influencer orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.
