Role & responsibilities
- Client-facing responsibilities
- Team management
- Advising clients on payroll structures and compliance (Gratuity, Leave Encashment)
- Payroll statutory compliance (TDS, NPS, PT, PF, ESI, labor compliance)
- Employee settlements and investment proof handling
- Employee headcount management (around 2,000 employees)
- Presentation of payroll-related reports and updates
- Experience of using GreytHR payroll software.
- End to end payroll activity.
Qualification : B Com / BBM/BBA, MBA / M Com
Immediate joiners preferred.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
