Payroll Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Client-facing responsibilities
• Team management
• Advising clients on payroll structures and compliance (Gratuity, Leave Encashment)
• Payroll statutory compliance (TDS, NPS, PT, PF, ESI, labor compliance)
• Employee settlements and investment proof handling
• Employee headcount management (around 2,000 employees)
• Presentation of payroll-related reports and updates
• Experience of using GreytHR payroll software.
• End to end payroll activity.

Qualification : B Com / BBM/BBA, MBA / M Com

Immediate joiners preferred.
