Job Location- Bngalore ( Hybrid mode )
- The main purpose of the Bangalore ER Manager role is to ensure treatment of employees is fair, respectful, and consistent with company culture and core values.
- The Employee Relations Manager will provide employee relations and investigation expertise, case management, consultation and project management support.
- The responsibilities for this role fall within both the proactive (education and prevention) and reactive (conflict management and investigations) categories.
- The ER Manager will be responsible for providing expert level consultation, guidance and support in all matters related to employee relations.
- These matters include management training, consultation and guidance; employee complaint review and investigations; policy development and interpretation; disability and leave accommodations; and oversight of reduction in force processes
- Prioritization and balancing time between projects and crisis-response is a critical component for success in the position
This is an individual contributor role It reports to the HR Director.
