Role & responsibilities

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and build a strategic hiring plan aligned with business objectives.
    • Develop and implement targeted recruitment including engineers, project managers, technical staff, and other specialists required in the business.
    • Proactively identify upcoming hiring needs by partnering with department heads for workforce planning.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, recruitment agencies, and direct outreach to passive candidates.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
    • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings through phone and video interviews, assessing qualifications, skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.

    • Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

    • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status and next steps.

    • Manage candidate expectations and negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with salary budgets and other compensation factors.

    • Oversee the smooth transition of new hires by coordinating the onboarding process, including documentation, induction sessions, and initial training as required.

    • Ensure that new hires are well integrated into the organization, setting them up for success in their respective roles.

    • Represent the company as an employer of choice by promoting its culture, values, and employer brand in the talent market.

    • Support initiatives to strengthen the companys reputation as an employer within the EPC industry.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.

    • Provide regular recruitment reports to HR leadership and hiring managers, including insights into market trends and competitive salary data.

Preferred candidate profile


Ideal candidate must have Strong understanding of the EPC industry, including key technical roles and project life cycles.
