Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including defense procurement officials and decision-makers. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Proposal and Documentation: Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and tenders as per client requirements. Ensure compliance with defense industry regulations and procurement guidelines. 5. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the product development, engineering, and technical teams to address client requirements. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM systems. Provide regular sales and business development reports to management.
Key Requirements: 1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred. 2. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the defense industry or a related sector Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful client relationships. 3. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of defense products, procurement processes, and industry trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. 4. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions. Familiarity with defense regulations and compliance standards (e.g., DPP, GFR).
