Role Description:

As a Site Engineer at RREN Consultants and Contractors Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects. This entry-level position offers an opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in site management, safety compliance, quality control, and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Assist in project planning,monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain compliance with protocols and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee material and equipment inspections.

Quality Control and Reporting:

• Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during construction.

Documentation and Communication:

• Maintain accurate records of site activities and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
• Conduct end-of-day assessments and plan for the next day's tasks.

Training and Development:

• Participate in training sessions and lectures to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the preparation of case study reports and documentation for training activities.

Administrative Support:

• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to schedule meetings and ensure smooth communication.
• Assist in tracking work-related tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Support the company with general administrative duties, including handling documentation and paperwork as needed for project milestones, ensuring all necessary forms and reports are filled out accurately and submitted on time for compliance and project tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Knowledge of construction methods and practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi, facilitating effective communication in diverse teams and with clients.
