Designation:

Sr UI/UX Developer/Lead

Work Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Develop Interfaces: Create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

2. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to gather requirements and produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.

3. User Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.

4. Accessibility Standards: Ensure all designs comply with web accessibility standards (WCAG) to promote inclusivity.

5. Stay Current: Keep abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

6. Contribute to Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure product consistency.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

3. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a user- centered design approach.

4. Design Tools Proficiency: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.

5. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.

6. Research Skills: Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.

7. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to articulate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.

8. Agile Environment Experience: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

9. Team Management: Minimum 8+ years of people management experience. People, processes, systems, and technology, while influencing individuals to bring the best out of them.
