Designation:

UI/UX Developer

Work Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile application interfaces.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.

3. Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

4. Ensure the design is accessible and meets standards for web accessibility.

5. Stay up to date with emerging design trends and technologies.

6. Contribute to design systems, style guides, and patterns, libraries to maintain consistency across products.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science.

2. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, problem-solving, and design thinking approach.

4. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.

5. Strong Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

6. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

8. Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

9. Good to have knowledge of Angular or React.

Skill Set:

1. Strong design skills, with a focus on simplicity, clarity, and usability

2. Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.

3. Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

4. Ability to translate user needs into design solutions.

5. Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.

6. Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently.

7. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and user experience and a strong understanding of how design impacts the user and the business.
