Stock control and order processing.
Ensure the efficient receipt,( on time GRNs), storage, and distribution of materials and components for transformer and Busbar manufacturing.
Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast material needs and ensure timely availability of supplies.
Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile physical inventory with system inventory and address any discrepancies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies ( ensure proper work permits /approvals etc) for material handling and storage.
Supervise and train store staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and efficiency in material handling.
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
Knowledge of handing stock of various type of Gas cylinders , Oil , Chemicals etc required for production and ensure proper inventory as per safety norms and address any discrepancies if any.
Knowledge of operations of Vertical storage systems and the data retrieval for various audits
Preparation of Daily/Monthly MIS, Dash Bords , provisions etc
Mange to handle various Audits like ISO/IMS/ IATF (International Automotive Task Force) , safety audit , HIRA , Stock audits , internal and external customer audits.
Total management of OSP ( out side processing of RM like copper, Aluminium, MS etc ) - stock reconciliation at vendor end and system and documentation thereof ( GST compliances ).
Maintain details inward report
Exhalent knowledge of FIFO/LIFO,material identification etc
Knowledge oracle ERP system
Knowledge stock transfer process ( within State, outside State).
Scrap management, Scrap disposal, timely scrap disposal.
Storage of scrap, Segregation of scrap.
Records of scrap. Reconciliation etc.
