About Emerging Business:

In line with the Government s increased focus on Renewable Energy sector, KEC has made a move to carve out its presence in the Wind energy and Green Hydrogen sector. We are already providing Solar EPC services for large solar PV projects developed by private players and roof-top PV solutions for Industrial and Commercial consumers. Further, we are empaneled with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) under their Solar On-grid programme contributing to the National roof-top mission. We have grown to be among the few companies with the capabilities to execute large scale projects of over 100 MW, with significant experience in Single Axis Tracker implementation. Our services under the vertical include Design Engineering, Project Execution, Project Management, Bid Management, Project Feasibility Analysis across large-scale Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants for both land-mounted as well as roof-top Solar PV projects.

Job Summary:

Responsible for leading the execution of Wind Power EPC projects.

Duty Statements
Conduct feasibility assessments, including wind studies.
Develop a pipeline of renewable energy projects and create a business plan for future fiscal years.
Analyse project feasibility based on factors such as PLF, IRR, financial viability, and environmental conditions.
Coordinate with authorities to secure capacity allotments, grid connectivity approvals, and necessary approvals.
Manage legal due diligence, land acquisition, and regulatory compliance.
Finalize land purchase strategies (wherever applicable) and payment milestones.
Obtain project approvals from relevant government bodies, finalize contracts, and ensure compliance.
Build and manage a competent project team, vendors, and stakeholders.
Oversee construction activities, obtain commissioning-related approvals, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Monitor project finances, install performance monitoring equipment, execute agreements, and coordinate activities to achieve timelines.
