Key Deliverables

Should attend customer stage inspection call and ensure on time closer
Inspection of fabrication material as per plan within 1 day (Tank, Frame Enclosure)
Resolve daily inspection points at vendor end and closure with analysis
Identification implementation of OPL Kaizens Poka yoke based on past defects at each fabrication vendor
Keeping track of vendor end inspection
Keeping track of kaizen, OPL Poka yoke
Daily track report of vendor end inspection point closures
RRPL end shop floor NC resolution closure with 8D analysis
Conducting witnessing WPS, PQR WPQ painting qualifications with all suppliers
Reduction in rework due to fabrication quality at RRPL
Fabrication vendor audits as per plan closure in oracle Portal
