Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the EPC and Oil and Gas sectors, both domestically and internationally.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate new markets, expand client base, and get new orders
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Proposal Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals and bids for EPC projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment of business goals.
Networking: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility and establish strategic partnerships.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on market trends, sales activities, and project status for senior management review.
Skill/ Competencies
Technical: Process Knowledge on Cross country pipelines/Oil and Gas process Plants/Tankages/ Refineries /LPG Plants
Functional: Business process knowledge, Commercial acumen, Negotiation skills

Years of Experience: 10 to 15 years in Oil & Gas Industry
Qualification: B. Tech/MBA
