Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the domestic market, aligning with the overall business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategically expanding our presence in the domestic API market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Understand clients business needs and provide tailored API solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and ongoing collaboration.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams for product enhancement and development.
- Extensive travel within the domestic market is required to meet clients, attend industry events, and build a strong network within the API community.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful API sales, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of the International Market and a strong network within the industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the Domestic & International.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
