We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage and oversee our financial transactions and ensure accuracy in processing payments. Your primary responsibility will be to handle accounts payable tasks efficiently, working closely with our team to maintain smooth financial operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail and accuracy, but prior experience in real estate is not mandatory.
Vendor Relations: Address issues and discrepancies, maintaining positive vendor relationships.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure policy adherence and maintain accurate records for audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in Accounting Softwares
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with account payables or related financial roles.
