Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Marketing Manager -API at Royal Pharma in Mumbai. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research, team management, and sales of API . This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's APIs
2. API Product portfolio formation & selection strategy
3. . Responsible for achieving targets & New business development.
4. Oversee and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
5. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, R&D, production) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
7. Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
8. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence for API & Intermediates
9. Provide necessary information time to time
10. Establishing customer engagement & satisfaction programs
11. Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly sales reports
12. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.
13. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure successful partnerships.
14. Collaborate with the sales team to align business development efforts with lead generation and sales goals.
