Royal Oak - Functional Consultant - MS Dynamics 365 (5-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Consultant D365 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across various modules to meet our business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into effective D365 solutions.

- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including SCM, Store /Commerce, Finance, Services (FO common), Retail, and Franchise.

- Configure D365 solutions based on business requirements and best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Conduct workshops and meetings to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs.

- Develop and document processes, workflows, and system configurations.

- Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing improvements as necessary.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for D365 modules, addressing user inquiries and system issues.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's /masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in SCM, Store/Commerce, Finance, Services, Retail, and Franchise modules.

- Strong understanding of business processes in retail and e-commerce environments.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e., MB-300, MB-310).

- Experience with data migration and system integration.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
