Are you an expert in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and passionate about delivering impactful solutions using ServiceNow? Join us as a ServiceNow ITAM Developer and lead the design and development of asset management solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy!

🛠️ Role Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions to streamline asset management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address ITAM-specific needs.
• Lead the implementation of ITAM modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with other enterprise systems for seamless operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain comprehensive documentation for asset lifecycle processes.

🔧 Technical Skills:

• Core ITAM experience with proven expertise in implementation and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Strong knowledge of HAM, SAM, and their integration with other ITSM processes.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for seamless integration.
• Agile experience and familiarity with asset lifecycle management best practices.

📜 Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer/System Administrator certification is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in development and enhancement is a must (No support experience required).
