Role Overview :

As the Lead AI Engineer specializing in LLMs and AI agents, you will be responsible for leading the development, research, and deployment of advanced AI systems.

This hands-on role will require you to work closely with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable AI solutions using state-of-the-art LLM technologies and AI agent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of AI-driven solutions with a focus on LLMs (e.g, GPT-based models) and intelligent agent systems.

- Architect, prototype, and deploy LLMs for various applications such as natural language understanding, conversational AI, and decision-making.

- Develop AI agents that can autonomously interact with users, external systems, and datasets, solving complex tasks with minimal supervision.

- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define use cases, model requirements, and performance metrics.

- Continuously experiment with cutting-edge algorithms, architectures, and tools to push the boundaries of AI agent capabilities and LLM performance.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

- Perform model training, fine-tuning, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality outcomes.

- Ensure robust AI system scalability, deployment, and integration into production environments.

- Stay updated on advancements in AI and contribute to the development of new research and methodologies.

- Promote AI ethics and responsible AI development in all engineering practices.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Ph.is a plus.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering or machine learning roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g, GPT, BERT, T5) and their applications.

- Strong expertise in AI agents, multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or autonomous systems.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).

- Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment frameworks.

- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI/ML frameworks.

- Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and parallel computing.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained models and building custom LLMs.

- Knowledge of AI/ML tools for prompt engineering, generative models, or few-shot learning.

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
