Peoplesoft FSCM Techno - Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support, design, and enhance PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise, enabling them to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementations while ensuring smooth end-to-end system operation.

Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements for PeopleSoft FSCM modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management (AM), Purchasing (PO), and Inventory (INV).
• Provide functional expertise and guidance for configurations, customizations, and implementations in PeopleSoft FSCM.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and user documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
• Assist in testing activities, including system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Technical Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test technical solutions, including application customizations, interfaces, reports, and workflow enhancements.
• Utilize tools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher to build technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft application performance, configurations, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft FSCM and other third-party systems.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
