PeopleSoft HCM Techno -Functional Consultant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional expertise in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with the ability to analyze business requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration of PeopleSoft applications.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to design, implement, and support PeopleSoft HCM solutions while ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Configure and customize PeopleSoft HCM applications to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft technical components, including Application Engine programs, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, SQR, and BI Publisher reports.
• Perform system integration, data conversion, and migration tasks.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system maintenance.
• Optimize system performance and implement best practices for PeopleSoft HCM.
• Create technical and functional documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft updates, patches, and new features.
