Finance Executive

Key Job responsibilities:

1. Preparation and finalization of financial reports, including monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
2. Conducting monthly book closure by making proper provisions and conducting detailed scrutiny of various P&L and Balance Sheet line-items.
3. Ensured statutory and legal compliances, including precise calculation and timely filing of TDS and GST returns.
4. Managing vendor relationships, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliation, and timely dispute resolution.
5. Overseeing accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
6. Managed all aspects of Export Accounting, including Export related benefits and streamlining the export financial processes.
7. Coordinating regularly with banks for export fund realization to ensure seamless financial operations.
8. Managing and facilitating both internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
9. Handful knowledge of Accounting software's like Microsoft Dynamics and Tally ERP.
