Kids Quality Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kids Quality Assurance Professional to ensure the quality and compliance of our garments in Delhi. The QA Professional will be responsible for

upholding and enhancing our quality control processes, conducting thorough inspections, and implementing corrective actions to consistently meet and exceed our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply in-depth knowledge of garment testing and inspection criteria to uphold high-quality standards.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and production processes.
• Ensure the timely delivery of quality merchandise according to buyer specifications.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections across all stages of garment production: raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Communicate quality standards and specifications to suppliers and maintain compliance through regular audits and evaluations.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Train production staff on quality control procedures, product specifications, and best practices to ensure consistency and reduce defect rates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Investigate and address customer complaints or product returns related to quality, implementing corrective actions to resolve underlying issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 to 8 years in the garment industry, including experience in in-house production, buying agencies, or with reputable online brands.
• Education: Diploma or bachelors degree in Apparel Manufacturing Technology, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• Technical skills: Strong ability to work with internal systems for documentation, reporting, process management and Proficiency in Excel
