Assistant Manager - Technical (Apparel Industry)

Scope

The Assistant Manager Technical is responsible for providing technical support to ensure orders are delivered to the customers as per the customer requirement and as per time plan. The role holder is also responsible for mitigating production related risks by providing technical solutions during the pre-production and production process ensuring on time delivery and quality.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for the pre-production activities for allocated new styles and ensure adherence to production start date.
• Responsible for achievement of production target by resolving technical issues for the allocated section.
• Responsible for ensuring operator training and quick changeover.
• Supervise technical team for the respective section.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology/Textile Engineering/Statistics or related field.
• 6+years of experience in Technical function related in an apparel factory
