Senior Executive - Works HR

The Senior Executive - Works HR is responsible for addressing all manpower requirements (staff associates) in the Plant. The role holder is also responsible for managing the PMS process for staff and associates and ensure that their training needs are identified and addressed promptly to support the business objectives.

Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
