Role & responsibilities


The Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR Business Partner will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent using different niche channels along with business partnering for the India team spread across Delhi, BBSR and Bangalore. Integrity, a positive attitude, creativity, and collaboration will be key to your success in this role. Candidates from Ecom or Startup companies will be preferred.


Talent Acquisition (Tech & Non-Tech)

  • Drives job alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure sharp JDs, alignment on key hiring requirements & interview matrix
  • Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media
  • Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on Landmark Group website as well as other relevant posting websites
  • Lead detailed screening conversation with candidates and share pool for further shortlist with line manager/ TA Advisor
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process as per defined SLAs including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, feedback completions, and offers
  • Leads reference checks process in structured manner to aid decision making and raise red flags if required
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes and manage all follow-up communications
  • Leads market mapping of key target industries/sectors as per job requirements & share key insights
  • Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established
  • Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent
  • Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy at STYLI

Business Partnering:

  • Resolve any employee grievances on priority
  • Build a strong employee connect across all offices in India
  • Develop an employee engagement calendar and implement it
  • Drive and ensure discussion around performance, appraisals and continuous feedback.
  • Identify learning needs for the employees and develop a learning calendar

Onboarding, Exit formalities & HR Operations:

  • Anchoring the candidate experience by co-owning the candidate onboarding plan along with the central onboarding team.
  • Coordinate and ensure smooth flow of information from the Line Manager and HR team for ease of transition for a new hire.
  • Maintaining accurate data around all stages of recruitment and publishing timely dashboards and metrics.

Compile all joining documents for new joiners or exit employees and share the same with the payroll team.


Education - MBA / PGDM in Human Resources


Experience -

  • Maximum 5 years of experience in end-to-end management of HR function
  • Mandatory experience in talent acquisition for mid and senior level hiring and business partnering.

Other Skills -

  • Strong in building and maintaining employee relations
  • Basic understanding of HR Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills - (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Power point and Excel
  • Ability to learn and adapt rapidly in unstructured environment, as per role requirements
  • Demonstrate success in managing talent operations of a high volume & scale, with high energy and multi-tasking ability
