Bom Engineer

we are looking for BOM engineer for Chennai location.

Position Description:

• Understanding the Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) based on product design specifications and changes. • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the EBOM accurately reflects the product structure, components, and configurations as required by Manufacturing. • Translate the EBOM into the Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) that aligns with production and assembly requirements. • Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to validate the accuracy of the MBOM and make necessary adjustments. • Ensure that the MBOM reflects the most current production processes, materials, and part numbers. • Manage engineering changes by managing EBOM/MBOM updates and related documentation. • Analyze and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to the EBOM / MBOM, and communicate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. • Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills • Passion for innovation and exploration

Skills Required:

• Experience in Teamcenter PLM • Hands on Experience in NX & Active workspace is must.
