Material Compliance (IMDS) /Immediate

We are looking for Material Compliance (IMDS) 2-4 Yrs for Chennai Location.

• Domain Knowledge:
Good knowledge in following:
a. IMDS,
b. REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals),
c. SCIP (Substances of concern in products),
d. RRR (Reusability, Recyclability, Recoverability) Calculation.
e. Responsible Material Sourcing and GADSL (Global Automotive Declarable Substance List).
Excellent Microsoft excel & PowerPoint skills

Good Experience in Automotive Material Compliance & International Material Data System (IMDS). MDS Tree Creation, revising datasheets, Updating, Quality Check, Submission according to Industry Standards. Perform initial quality checks to ensure created MDS meets Compliance requirement & ELV requirements. Complete knowledge of End-of-Life Vehicles Directives & its amendments. Should be an expert in materials and their chemical compositions, Substance of Concern (SoC), ELV RRR calculation, IMDS recommendations and BOM analysis. Interaction with suppliers and onsite customers.
