Job Description
- Maintains records to support material compliance of products
- Create and maintain material compliance data in PDM system
- Approval of new material requests after verifying the regulatory elements
- Declaration of products in regard to substances, RoHS and REACH
- Maintains and cleanses the product range in terms of system technology (PDM) on the basis of specifications (PLM - Product Lifecycle Management)
- Converts the product specifications from product management (PM) or field application engineers (AE) to defined parts in terms of production technology and suitability for production.
- Active interface function to PM, AE, RD, Purchasing, Production Engineering, Production and Sales Regions
- Support and develop centralized technical product coordination service and support team
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or science such as chemical or materials science and engineering along with of 3-7 years of experience in material compliance or a related role.

Physical/Mental Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of material compliance regulations (e.g., Reach, RoHS, SCIP, POP, TSCA, CP65, CMRT, EMRT, WEEE).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- IT affinity, good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP, PLM and Power BI is an advantage
- Experience in supply chain and project management
- Independent and structured working style
- Strong team player
- Responsible, reliable, accurate, analytical and independent way of working
- Proactive with the necessary interest and willingness to learn new things.
- Should be able to work in international, intercultural and cross functional teams.
- Should have strong physical and mental abilities
