Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor progress on site.
  
• Conduct quantity surveys, prepare rate analysis, and negotiate with subcontractors.
  
• Ensure accurate estimation of materials required for projects.
  
• Create bar bending schedules and bill clients based on contractual agreements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Min Exp- 5 years in Irrigation Canal Projects.
  
• 5-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related field (B.Tech/B.E. Civil preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sub Contractor Billing, Client Billing, Quantity Estimation, and Bar Bending Schedule preparation.
