Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Accountability of the entire accounts department & supervision of day-to-day activities.
- Prepares the strategic fund planning for an organization.
- Supervision & Filling all statutory compliances related to books of accounts.
- Supervision of all matters related to the company secretary.
- Assisting top management/promoters to forecast & plan utilization of funds.
- Allocate funds for projects.
- Forecast future revenue needs.
- Company performance evaluations.
- Raising capital.
- Budgeting and expense control.
- Project wise monthly P & L.
- P & L of all companies and groups.
Preferred candidate profile
- CA
- Experience in companies having turnover of more than 300cr.
- Worked as an AGM/GM/CFO at any company.
- Experience in contractorship industry.
