Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between potential clients and our technical teams. As a Business Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth requirements analysis, gaining a thorough understanding of project needs, and meticulously documenting processes.Your primary focus will be on pre-sales activities, including requirement elicitation, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring alignment between client requirements and our technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
- Lead ongoing process reviews and develop optimization strategies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of processes and applications
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to engage potential clients, understand their business requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that align with client needs and organizational capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, case studies, and other pre-sales collateral.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and contribute to creating compelling proposals
- Work closely with clients and US team to gather, analyze, and document requirements for mid-scale and large-scale projects
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), feature listings, Statements of Work (SOW), and flow diagrams
- Utilize wireframing tools and project management tools to streamline the development process
Desired Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the web design and development industry, specifically with WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce projects
- Expertise in e-commerce requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for small-scale, mid-scale, and large-scale projects
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical clients
- Proficiency in wireframing tools and project management tools.
- A confident and self-assured communicator, capable of conveying complex technical information to clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
